PayoutPilot
vs QuotaPath
QuotaPath is one of the few tools in this category that publishes its price, and it deserves credit for that. It is also a per-user platform with a monthly platform fee on top and a 45 to 60 day implementation. PayoutPilot is one flat price per company and runs in your browser today.
The short answer
If you want commissions flowing out of Salesforce or HubSpot automatically, with ASC 606 ledger support and a payroll sync, buy QuotaPath. If you run 10 to 25 reps and mostly need the payout number computed and provable this month, PayoutPilot does that at roughly a seventh of the price.
No signup, no email, no card. It runs in your browser.
What each one costs a 15-rep team
$0 · per month at 15 reps · $875
| Reps | PayoutPilot | QuotaPath |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $129 | $700 |
| 15 | $129 | $875 |
| 20 | $179 | $1,050 |
| 25 | $179 | $1,225 |
QuotaPath publishes these figures on its own pricing page, read 28 July 2026: Growth is $35 per user per month plus a $525 per month platform fee that covers the first five users, billed annually. Fifteen users therefore costs $525 plus ten seats at $35, which is $875. QuotaPath’s own FAQ counts admins and managers as users, so a 15-rep team that also has one RevOps admin is 16 users and $910. The chart uses the more favourable reading of 15 users exactly.
QuotaPath column is the published Growth formula: $525 platform fee plus $35 for every user after the first five, counting reps only. Add an admin seat and each row rises by $35. Premium is $800 plus $50 per user. Atlas, the AI plan-design add-on, is a separate line starting at $5k. PayoutPilot is $129/mo up to 15 reps and $179/mo for 16 to 25 reps, with no setup charge.

When QuotaPath is the right purchase
These are not concessions written to look fair. Each one is a real reason to spend more money somewhere else, and if any of them describes your situation you should.
You want commissions to run without anyone exporting anything
QuotaPath connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho and Copper on Growth, and to eleven CRMs plus QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Stripe and Rippling on Premium. Deals land, payouts calculate, payroll syncs. PayoutPilot has no integrations at all: you export a CSV each period and upload it. If that manual step is the thing you are trying to buy your way out of, QuotaPath is the correct purchase and the price difference is buying something real.
Finance needs a ledger, not a number
QuotaPath includes ledger and ASC 606 support on its entry tier, with multi-level approvals and automated payroll sync higher up. PayoutPilot produces a payout figure and a per-rep statement. It is not an accounting system and does not pretend to be one.
You want a team behind the tool
The QuotaPath platform fee covers 1:1 implementation and training, a dedicated account manager and CSM, live chat and Zoom support. PayoutPilot is one person answering email. For some buyers that is the entire decision, and it is a fair one.
Reps want a live view, not a period close
QuotaPath gives reps quotas, leaderboards, contests and running attainment. PayoutPilot calculates a pay period from figures you enter, so it is as current as your last upload. If real-time visibility is what your reps are actually asking for, PayoutPilot is not that product.
When PayoutPilot is the right purchase
The platform fee starts before your first rep does
QuotaPath Growth is $525 a month before a single seat beyond five, so a 10-rep team pays $700 and a 15-rep team pays $875. PayoutPilot is $129 for either, and $179 all the way to 25 reps. At 15 reps that is about a seventh of the bill, and the gap widens with every hire.
You are running this month, not in 45 to 60 days
QuotaPath publishes a 45 to 60 day average implementation on Growth and 60 to 90 on Premium. That is honest of them and it is also two months of closes you still handle yourself. PayoutPilot computes your first period in the browser before you have paid anything.
The AI plan reader is included, not a $5k line
QuotaPath’s Atlas add-on does AI plan design, scenario modeling and benchmarking, starting at $5k on top of the subscription. PayoutPilot reads the comp plan you paste or upload into the builder and shows you the rules it extracted to confirm, at no extra charge, because it is the way you enter a plan rather than a product tier.
Nothing you type has to leave your browser
The free PayoutPilot calculator computes on your own device. Your comp plan and your reps’ pay figures are not uploaded, not stored and not seen by us unless you deliberately save them to a workspace. Any hosted platform holds that data by design.
Run your own plan before you believe any of this
Every number on this page is checkable and dated, and the product it argues for is on the other side of one click with no account. Put your own comp plan and your own reps into the calculator and see whether the payout figures match what you compute by hand. If they do not, PayoutPilot is not worth your money and you will know inside five minutes.
How this page was written
Every claim about QuotaPath comes from a page QuotaPath publishes, or, where they publish no figure, from named third-party software listings that is said next to the number. Nothing here is a quote we were given, an estimate we invented, or a benchmark we ran. Pages were read on the dates below and prices change, so check theirs before you sign anything.
